Project: Bungalow Re-roof.

Problem/Needs: To resolve leakage issues with roof valleys and tiles.

Solution: To re-roof the whole property adding an extra row of tiles to proved a minimum lap of 100mm. The job was completed in three stages. Rear elevations were stripped and completed followed by the front elevation. The side elevation, the largest with just over 900 tiles was the final stage. Over 2000 tiles were fitted in total.

Project: Double Extension.

Problem/Need: The original layout was poor. The kitchen layout was cluttered in one half of the room leading to a dinning room built from the original flat roof washhouse, which was cold and damp (single brick construction).

Solution: Demolish the existing washhouse and build a double extension. Downstairs the new building would provide additional space in the lounge forming an open plan kitchen/living area. Upstairs the extension provided a third bedroom.
